For our valued clients at MASSTRAT, we strive to make our payment process straightforward and transparent.

  1. Service Charges:
    • Fifty percent (50%) of the service charges are required in advance to initiate the project.
    • The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon the successful completion of the services.
  2. Advertising & Marketing Costs:
    • One hundred percent (100%) of advertising and marketing costs are required in advance.
  3. Payment Methods:
    • We accept payments through secure online channels and direct bank transfers.

Refunds Policy:

At MASSTRAT, we are committed to providing top-notch services. However, it’s essential to understand our policy regarding refunds:

  1. Service Charges:
    • Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued for service charges.
    • The initial fifty percent (50%) advance is non-refundable.
  2. Advertising & Marketing Costs:
    • As we allocate budgets for marketing and advertising upon receipt, no refunds can be provided for these expenses.
